Lisa - Branch Manager

Experience: 17 Years

I have been in the travel industry for 17 Years and I am now Branch Manager of the Brynhyfryd branch. I really enjoy my job as I enjoy exploring different destinations and helping my clients find the perfect holiday.

My favourite destination is Dubai, which I have visited a number of times. Atlantis the Palm is my favourite hotel ever! I have also travelled to Majorca, Salou, Ibiza, Tenerife, Costa Del Sol, Disneyland Paris, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Florida, New York, Turkey, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Rome, Paris and Morocco to name just a few!

Experience: 9 Years

I have worked for the Travel House for 9 years, starting straight from school as an apprentice and have worked my way up to where I am now assisstant branch manager. I have travelled many places from Las Vegas, New York, Mexico, India, Thailand and many more European destinations. After 9 years in the industry I still love finding my customers there perfect holiday.

Rhian

Experience: 25 Years

I started working at The Travel House as a modern apprentice in 1995, where I have spent the majority of my time at the Brynhyfryd branch, enjoying and sharing holiday stories with our customers.

I have visited many places such as.. The Balearic Islands, mainland Spain, Canaries, Portugal, Cyprus, Turkey, Tunisia, Amsterdam, Mexico, Florida and Dubai. In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and spending time with family which is often going to a concert, a meal or camping. I’ve always liked to travel and the experience has helped me fulfil my roll within the travel industry. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to visit more places in the future.

Madison

Experience: 6 months

I joined the Brynhyfryd team in 2021 as a modern apprentice. I am really enjoying my role at Brynhyfryd. I am enjoying finding different holidays for our customers.

My favourite destination is New york! I love everything about it.

I have travelled to Florida, Mexico, Cuba, Paris, cape verde, Rhodes, Tunisia, Majorca & Menorca just to new a few!

Experience: 1 Year

I have been in travel for 1 year and I really love my job. I have only recently started at the Travel House. I enjoying finding dream holidays for our customers. I have been very lucky and visited Florida, Tunisia, Crete, & Turkey. I am looking forward to help you find your dream holiday!
